Products & Orders

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to a third-party carrier for shipping. Please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

I can’t find the product/size I was looking for. Do you make customised products?

Unfortunately, our supply chain doesn’t allow customized orders. We also don’t alter products but we can certainly advise whether and how products can be altered. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Why can't I find products in very small and very big sizes such as XXS or XXL?

As a brand, our core focus areas have always included size inclusivity along with many other important agendas like being fair trade, vegan and being conscious about our impact on the planet. And we have never shyed away from being a hundred percent transparent with our audience about any of this - for example here.

When we began our journey, we launched sizes ranging all the way from XXS to XXXL and we still do host these on our website till date, albeit not in every single product. The challenge we faced with sizing however was that the extreme ends of this spectrum hardly ever made it out of our warehouse and hence couldn't effectively be part of the circular closet with 0% wastage, which we are working hard to build and maintain for each piece we produce. And hence, to minimise this waste, we now choose limited pieces in a specific range of sizes.

BUT we'd love to tell you that we're introducing a "pre-order" option to offer more size options, where we only make what customers want. We think this will be the ideal solution for our customers, ourselves and our planet too. That's expected in summer 2023.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?

Please email us at [email protected] and we'll send you an invoice including GST details.

What payment methods do you accept?

For domestic orders within India you can pay via debit or credit card, UPI, wallets, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery.

For International orders, you can pay via debit or credit card.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes we do. Email us at [email protected] with your enquiry and we’ll open a wholesale account as well as send you all required details.

Where do I find the measurements of the product I like?

You can find all details such as fabric and style information as well as measurements for each size on each product page below Product Details and Product Measurements.  

How do care for/wash my fiskbussen products?

Wash less and wash smart: colours together, cold wash, line dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Shipping within India

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders with a purchase value of ₹3000 and more.

For order values below ₹3000, we charge ₹100 for standard shipping.

How do you ship orders?

fiskbussen ships its products to almost all parts of India. For most destinations, we use reputed domestic courier options such as Delhivery or Bluedart. For remote destinations, we ship via India Post.

Most deliveries happen via road. However, if you place your order with priority shipping we will book a shipment via air.

How long will the delivery take?

Standard Shipping: Orders placed will be shipped within 3 business days from our Goa warehouse. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 business days of shipping. For other areas, the products will be shipped through India Post and may take 2-3 weeks depending on location.

Priority shipping: Orders placed with priority shipping will be shipped on the next business day by air from our Goa warehouse. For metro cities, the products will likely be delivered within 2 business days from the day of shipment.

What are my options for faster shipping?

During checkout, you can choose between standard and priority shipping. Standard shipping happens via road and takes 10-14 days. With priority shipping, we ship via air and the products should reach within 3-7 days. This costs ₹200 per order.

How can I track my order?

After you have placed your order, you’ll receive two emails. One is the order confirmation and the second will contain the link to the tracking page. Furthermore, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with the tracking information.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

If you'd like to modify your order, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.

Why is my order taking so long?

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which fiskbussen is not liable.

Also, fiskbussen reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

International Shipping

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping charges depend on the destination. Once you add your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see the shipping fee that will apply to your order. HGet in touch with us on [email protected] if you're placing a large order so we can find a solution for you.

How do you ship international orders?

We ship via the Indian postal service.

How much will I pay in import taxes?

Your destination country MAY charge taxes and/or duties on goods shipped to you from abroad. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal service or Customs office if you have any queries on additional charges for your country. 

We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price. Please understand that we cannot include these costs in our shipping charges, as that would increase them drastically due to the handling fees by the couriers.

But you can get an idea about the approximate costs for taxes & duties in your country here.

How long will the delivery take?

All International orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from our Goa warehouse via the postal service.

Orders typically reach within 15 to 30 days, depending on the destination.

We cannot guarantee this delivery time though, as it depends on how efficient your country’s Customs agents are.

How can I track my order?

After you have placed your order, you’ll receive two emails. One is the order confirmation and the second will contain the link to the tracking page. Furthermore, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with the tracking information.

Please note that tracking is LIMITED with our India Post service, but your order will get there. We have seen a 99% success rate for deliveries and are happy to use the postal service for all our international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

To start your return process, go to our Order Returns page. Please keep your order number as well as your email address ready.

You can either choose between a store credit that'll be valid for 2 years or an exchange for a different size, which depends on availability.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery.

We request you to return the products in their original packaging and with tags.

Please note that we will NOT accept return of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged. Furthermore, we do not process return and exchange requests for items purchased on sale.

The cost of delivery for the initial order is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of the return pick-up and the delivery of the exchange order to you within India.

If you want to exchange an order for the second time, we'll cover the costs of the return pick-up but will charge Rs 100 for shipping of the exchange order.

How long does the exchange/return process take?

Please allow up to 3 business days for returns & exchanges to be processed once we receive the request. After that, the pick-up and return to our warehouse might take up to 14 business days.

When will I receive my store credit/exchange?

After the pick-up of the return item, we will issue the store credit or ship the exchange order within 7 business days.

How long is the store credit I've received valid for?

The store credit will be valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

How can I find my store credit and its value?

We email you the store credit details shortly after the pick-up of the return products. Usually, you can find it in your inbox. If you aren’t able to locate your store credit, email us at[email protected].

What is the status of my return or exchange?

To find out the status of your return or exchange request, email us at[email protected].

Can I return my international order?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment. The reason is very simple: we do not want to add to the carbon footprint of our products any further.
